Licensed Professional Counselor and Business Coach

For Individuals

  • Are you unreasonably hard on yourself?
  • Are you overly concerned with what others think about you?
  • Do you have trouble maintaining healthy relationships with friends or partners?
  • Do you feel anxious or sad much of the time?
  • Would you like to be happier and more satisfied?

A Counselor Can Help

You're not alone. Many of the individuals I see come looking for help resolving these types of questions. Seeking someone to talk to about these issues is not unusual; in fact it's a much more healthy response than holding them in and letting them go unresolved. Processing emotional pain and discomfort is a learned skill. For those of us who haven't sufficiently developed the tools and skills to adequately do so, working with a licensed professional counselor can provide the vehicle to help us acquire those tools and skills.

In individual counseling or therapy we meet privately in a completely confidential relationship that may last for only a few sessions or may continue longer, depending on your needs. If you feel uncomfortable about talking with a counselor you are not alone. Many clients initially feel that same discomfort but quickly adapt to the safe space created in the counseling or therapy relationship as we resolve the issues that brought them to therapy in the first place.

In most cases, we can schedule your initial appointment within a few days of your phone call.
